On the other hand, inadmissible aliens are those who are seeking entry into the country but are not admissible for various reasons, such as not being in possession of a valid visa or due to a previous criminal conviction in the United States.

I was also a partner in my former law firm, Thaker Berowitz LLP, where, along with running the law firm business, I helped hundreds of clients fight removal and win their cases.

For example, in Immigration Court, I represented a client seeking a green card through a family-based petition, but the Department of Homeland Security had charged him with fraud. I successfully fought the fraud charge and obtained a favorable decision from the immigration judge, allowing the client to maintain his lawful permanent resident status. I also saw him become a naturalized United States citizen! Working closely with me, most of my clients have won their cases.*
