U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, a member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, says it is unlikely that comprehensive immigration reform will be fully taken up by Congress in 2010. According to Rep. Cuellar, reform is more likely to be tackled in 2011, not in 2010. Stay tuned for more updates!
