Report: USICE Seeks to Deport the Wrong People

A new study by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) indicates that a large amount of cases that the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) brings into immigration courts in an effort to remove individuals from the country, are being rejected by the immigration courts.
